Tracking Your Order

Duties & Taxes

  • If your parcel is selected for customs inspection, you are responsible for cooperating with local customs.

Change of Shipping Address

If you notice an address error after placing an order, please contact our customer service at service@yovix.store as soon as possible.

As long as your order hasn’t been shipped, we will help update the address. Once shipped, changes cannot be made.
